Returns & Exchanges

Our policy We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition.

Eligible items Unopened, unused items in original packaging. Items received damaged or defective are always covered with no time limit. If you received the wrong item, we'll cover return shipping.

Non-returnable items Items that have been used or opened, sale or discounted items (final sale), and gift cards.

How to start a return Contact us with your order number and the reason for your return by text at 514-214-1151. We'll confirm eligibility and send you a return address within 1–2 business days. Ship the item back in its original packaging. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Exchanges ship free.
